Jimmy Butler has revealed his lack of technical talk following a heartbreaking loss to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals. Butler and the Miami Heat suffered a narrow loss to Jayson Tatum and company in Game 7 to end all hopes of reaching the NBA Finals for the second time in three years. Jimmy Butler has kept it all down on the show, but the heat still hasn’t gotten over his head.
The Miami Heat had a remarkable season this year. They led the Eastern Conference with a stunning 53-29 record. But all that seems a distant memory after the gruesome defeat in the playoffs.

Jimmy Butler has openly admitted he’s still recovering from the embarrassing loss to Boston. Therefore, it is difficult for him to talk about basketball.

“Man, honestly, I’m not ready to talk about basketball yet‘ Butler said in an interview. “I’m still in my feelings so I’m not really going into it. I can not. You open a door of emotions. I just wanna talk about coffee and ice cream my brother” he added.
Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics suffered a fate similar to Miami’s after losing to the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals. But Butler doesn’t care about the outcome at all. He actually wants to enjoy the off-season before starting preparations for next season.
Butler’s Road to a Championship
Jimmy Butler probably wants to win an NBA championship as badly as anyone in the league. There was never any debate about Butler’s work ethic and dedication to the game. In fact, he leaves everything on the field both in training and in games.

Butler averaged 41 points in the last two games of the Conference Finals. So his disappointment is understandable. With a little help from his co-stars, he could have rocked Miami.
Jimmy ‘Buckets’ led the 2020 Heat to the NBA Finals. However, they didn’t stand a chance against LeBron and AD’s Lakers. Butler had a remarkable 35 points, 11 assists and 12 rebounds in Game 5 to give Miami some hope. But that wasn’t enough to challenge the mighty Lakers.
