nobody movie_Bob Odenkirk Teases Nobody 2: “We’re Working On It”

The odds up nobody 2 happen, look pretty good. The original film, which was released in 2021, will be directed by Ilya Naishuller (hardcore henry) and written by John Wick Creator Derek Kolstad. Bob Odenkirk stars as a seemingly ordinary family man who returns to his dangerous past life after his home is robbed, making him the target of a drug lord. Connie Nielsen, RZA, Christopher Lloyd and Aleksei Serebryakov also star.

Nobody was a hit when it was released as fans and critics alike were impressed by Odenkirk’s surprisingly compelling portrayal as an action film star, given this was new territory for the actor. In fact, many wanted to see more, hoping that Odenkirk would return for a sequel. In a recent interview with RichOdenkirk provided an update nobody 2. While Universal hasn’t officially given the potential sequel the green light, Kolstad and Odenkirk are “absolutely” working on the sequel.

“Let’s do it nobody 2, and I’ll kick more ass than ever. We’re working on that. Universal was very upbeat and welcoming. derek [Kolstad, screenwriter] and I told story. It’s not sure yet, but we’re working on it. I think the signs point to yes.”

In 2021, director Ilya Naishuller also suggested there’s room to move forward with that Nobody Story. The director teased that too Connie Nielsen would have a lot more screen time in the planned follow-up film with a significantly larger presence alongside Odenkirk. No additional plot points were revealed.

I didn’t go to my trailer and we weren’t there either. If we had been there, I probably wouldn’t be here to speak to you. If I had gone to my trailer, I wouldn’t be talking to you here.”

He added: “In the morning they performed the operation here at Presbyterian Hospital. They have wonderful cardiac surgeons here, the best in the world, and they did a bloody great job. They blew out the plaque and put in stents and I’m doing great.”
