A Republican candidate for Pennsylvania’s 16th Senatorial District has declared victory.
“After all the votes in Bucks and Lehigh counties were counted and sent to the State Department, we secured the Republican nomination for Pennsylvania’s 16th Senatorial District,” Coleman said Wednesday afternoon.
The district includes portions of Lehigh and Bucks counties.
“I want to thank my supporters and constituents in the 16th District who have placed their trust in me. It’s time to unite and work together towards the general election in a very tough, admirable campaign,” said Coleman.
It’s unclear if Browne is abandoning the race or asking for a recount.
