From playing for Murcia to coaching the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals

The Boston Celtics called I am Udoka as the franchise’s new manager last June, as the 44-year-old continued his rise since retiring from the game.

After playing for people like them Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, Portland Trail Blazers and San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Udoka even had two appearances in the ACB league. His first company saw him in 15 games for Grand Canaryin which he averaged 8.7 points per game and four rebounds.

Later he put them on UCAM Murcia Uniform in 2021, with 12.1 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in 19 appearances before returning to the NBA and retiring with the Spurs.

Now Udoka faces his biggest challenge yet as he looks to lead his Celtics to their first NBA championship since 2008 when they face the Warriors of the Golden State in the NBA Finals.
